Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within our insurance office in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to leadership and staff, maintaining office organization, assisting with client communications, and helping ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced insurance environment. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to managers, agents, and office staff

Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar updates

Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets

File, scan, and organize records, policies, and other office documentation

Assist with data entry, policy updates, and general office recordkeeping

Support client service activities by responding to basic inquiries and routing requests appropriately

Process mail, handle office supplies, and coordinate general office operations

Maintain confidentiality of client and company information

Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
