We are seeking a highly driven and exceptionally organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced, high-performing leadership team. This role is best suited for someone with an outstanding work ethic, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a demanding, high-intensity environment where priorities can shift quickly.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of personalities and leadership styles. Success in this role requires sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Must be proficient in Spanish. 4 days week uptown onsite

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
