Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing leadership to support content strategies that align with product launches, marketing initiatives, and demand generation goals.
Identify customer problems, market opportunities, and competitive differentiators to shape compelling product narratives.
Generate content ideas and story frameworks that clearly communicate how products and solutions stand out in the market.
Develop content plans in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams that align to key personas and buying journeys.
Write high-quality, conversion-focused content for website pages and product content.
Create engaging retailer product listings and bullet points that drive conversions.
Develop digital advertising copy that supports performance marketing campaigns.
Write native articles that educate and engage target audiences.
Create persuasive email campaigns that nurture leads and drive action.
Craft optimized YouTube titles, captions, and descriptions to increase visibility and engagement.
Produce additional content assets as needed to support marketing and product initiatives.
Develop problem/solution storytelling that clearly communicates product value and benefits.
Tailor messaging to different personas, channels, and stages of the buying journey to maximize relevance and impact.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content and channels.
Create content optimized for SEO, AEO, and emerging AI-driven search experiences, including SGE.
Conduct keyword research and integrate search insights into content planning and development.
Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions to evaluate content effectiveness.
Continuously refine and optimize content based on analytics, search trends, and campaign performance insights.
Partner with marketing teams to develop and deliver content that supports campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
Provide messaging and content assets that can be repurposed across multiple marketing channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy and product positioning.
Develop content that creates excitement, inspires, educates, and converts audiences throughout the customer journey.
Identify opportunities to grow organic demand through helpful, search-optimized content and storytelling.
Produce content that drives users to the website and encourages deeper engagement with products and solutions.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a proven ability to create conversion-focused marketing copy.
Experience developing SEO-optimized content and familiarity with evolving search trends.
Understanding of how to effectively develop copy for AEO, SGE, and GEO.
Ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling customer benefits.
Experience creating content across multiple channels, including websites, email, digital ads, product pages, video platforms, and social media.
Understanding of persona-driven marketing and content personalization.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional marketing teams.
Analytical mindset with experience using performance data and marketing analytics to optimize content.
Experience in digital marketing, including marketing strategy, marketing campaigns, and marketing communications.
Familiarity with social media and marketing analytics as part of content performance evaluation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with AEO and AI-driven search optimization, including SGE.
Experience writing ecommerce or retailer product content.
Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Experience supporting product marketing initiatives.
Direct experience in product content writing.
Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.87/hr.
