Manufacturing Supervisor (Night Shift) - Danbury, CTJoin a High-Impact Manufacturing Team

We're seeking a driven, hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead night shift cleanroom operations in Danbury, CT. In this key leadership role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring production excellence, maintaining top-tier quality standards, and driving seamless collaboration across testing, integration, and customer support.

What You'll Lead & Achieve

Develop and execute production schedules that maximize efficiency and align with operational goals

Drive performance by resolving issues quickly, minimizing downtime, and optimizing costs

Ensure consistent, on-time delivery of all production targets

Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability and process performance

Coordinate cross-functional support to accelerate production ramp-up and meet customer demands

Maintain exceptional product quality through strong processes, training, and accountability

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 10-15 employees, building a culture of engagement and accountability

Take ownership of hiring, performance management, and employee development

Set clear priorities and ensure execution aligns with business objectives

Champion safety, compliance, and quality standards, including ISO practices

Drive Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to improve efficiency and eliminate waste

Lead continuous improvement efforts that elevate overall operations

What You Bring to the Team

Strong leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Expertise in process improvement, troubleshooting, and production optimization

Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Proven success managing and developing teams

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and production reporting

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing or production setting

2+ years in a leadership role with direct people management

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Business or Engineering background is a plus

Work Environment & Schedule

Cleanroom production environment in Danbury, CT

Night shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Rotating schedule including weekdays and alternating Saturdays

Fast-paced, collaborative setting with a strong focus on Lean and continuous improvement

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Danbury, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00/yr.

This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive compensation package, including medical benefits, vacation time, and paid holidays, along with a 15% night shift premium and up to a 12.5% annual bonus.
