A line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have relevant hotel/restaurant cooking experience. The line cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Line cooks will work single/multiple stations in the kitchen and require minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

·Good Communication skills required.

·At least 2 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred.

·Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.

·Able to work most stations of the kitchen.
