WE ARE LOOKING FOR a Restaurant Greeter/Host

Job Summary:

We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people. Please join our outlets team as a restaurant gretter/host.

The hourly rate for serving shifts is $21.91/hour.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Warmly welcome guests and seat them in a friendly and courteous manner.

Ensure accurate recording of food and beverage orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas, preparing tables for incoming guests.

Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar establishment preferred.

· Availability for breakfast shifts and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of food and beverage items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
