Business Analyst - SAP & Supply Chain

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support supply chain and procurement technology initiatives. This entry-level role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of SAP-based solutions across procurement and logistics functions.

The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and an interest in supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, or warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements

Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows

Support implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions across procurement and logistics domains

Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation

Participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business challenges

Create documentation such as process maps, use cases, and functional specifications

Support testing activities including SIT and UAT

Assist in issue resolution and production support activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and system integrators

Maintain high attention to detail in data analysis and documentation

Total Rewards:

Salary Range: $ 76,000 - $ 95,000

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field

1-3 years of experience in business analysis or supply chain-related roles

Foundational understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA

Familiarity with procurement, inventory, or logistics processes

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years' experience in SAP MM, WM/EWM, or logistics modules

Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Exposure to SAP Fiori or SAP Ariba

Relevant internship or coursework in ERP or supply chain
