Location: Richmond Technology Center
Schedule: 9/80 schedule, with in-office work Monday to Thursday (9 hours per day), remote work on Fridays, and every other Friday off.
The Lead Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative leadership and operational support to senior leaders and teams within Specialty Sales Technology. The role is responsible for coordinating complex administrative activities, optimizing office processes, and ensuring efficient execution of business operations.
This position requires strong organizational capability, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to engage across a global, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
GM/Senior Leader & Team Support
Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and executive priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics and documentation
Prepare reports, presentations, and leadership materials
Operational Coordination
Lead planning and coordination of team events, workshops, and leadership meetings
Oversee administrative workflows and improve efficiency of processes
Maintain organizational tools including SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and documentation
Financial & Business Support
Track and reconcile expenses, budgets, and invoices
Support procurement and office supply management
Maintain records of business expenditures and support reporting activities
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Partner across functions to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
General Administrative Leadership
Act as backup support for other administrative roles
Support onboarding/offboarding processes and coordination activities
Lead special projects or administrative improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines
Proficiency in business systems (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Expense tools)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Demonstrated ability to lead administrative processes
Experience with budgeting, reporting, or business operations coordination
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Experience with using Power BI and AI tools (Copilot)
Special Considerations
Role may require flexibility to support multiple leaders and time zones
Periodic support for large-scale events, leadership meetings, or travel
High level of confidentiality required due to exposure to sensitive information

Theanticipatedsalary range for this position is$67,700 -$120,100. The selected candidate's compensation will bedeterminedbased on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
