The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our Investor Relations and Corporate Treasury team. The Role
Under limited direction, this individual will provide a high level of administrative support in a fast-paced environment, supporting Investor Relations, Global Financial Planning & Analysis, and Corporate Treasury. This person will coordinate conference calls, in-person meetings, event planning, calendar management, processing department invoices and expense reports, and manage travel arrangements. This person will liaise with a variety of functions throughout the organization on behalf of the executive and the role requires collaboration with Executive Assistants of the CEO and CFO. Must demonstrate a high level of ethical standards, communication skills, and confidentiality associated with assigned duties.
Responsibilities include:
-Coordinating all aspects of investor relations outreach, including video calls, in-person meetings; works with sell-side corporate access teams to coordinate conferences and non-deal roadshows
-Communicating professionally with external customers, which includes a broad range of interested persons from the investor community, including shareholders of the company
-Managing calendar and schedule for the SVP of Investor Relations, FP&A, and Treasury
-Preparing correspondence, reports and other documentation as needed.
-Coordinating all aspects of travel and preparing and reconciling expense reports for SVP of IR and FP&A and their three direct reports.
-Collaborating and communicating effectively with senior executives and their assistants.
-Become adept in using Investor Relations client database to prepare meeting materials and log client updates/communications.
-Prepare, organize, and distribute materials for Treasury meetings, leadership reviews, banking meetings, and other finance-related discussions
-Assist with maintaining Treasury documentation, including banking records, authorized signer information, account documentation, and compliance-related files
-Supporting earnings call logistics
-Managing department budget, invoice management, vendor relationships and outside resources
-Demonstrating a commitment to Hyatt's core values
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
-5 years of experience in same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role
-Associate degree or higher
-Capability of working independently
-Uses good judgement and decision making
-Ability to manage multiple, and at times competing projects
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and Zoom/Teams
-Must fully comply with SEC regulation Fair Disclosure (FD), which specifically limits what can be shared about the company with individuals both external and internal
Experience Preferred:
-Experience supporting Investor Relations a plus
-Familiarity with IR platforms such as S&P, Nasdaq, or other CRMs, a plus

The hourly rate for this position is $35.89 to $38.46. The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
