Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Harwich, Massachusetts. This is a fully onsite Contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to a busy workplace through the summer. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable handling front-desk interactions, phone communication, and a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office, ensuring a courteous and well-organized experience.

Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and relay messages accurately.

Perform routine administrative support duties to keep office workflows organized and efficient.

Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with general reception coverage, including monitoring the front desk and responding to day-to-day office needs.

Support scheduling, document handling, and other clerical activities as assigned.

Help maintain an orderly office environment by coordinating basic administrative processes and communications. Requirements TalentMatch®
