Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a dedicated Agile Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be an integral part of the project management team supporting cross-departmental initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Chandler, AZ - Local Candidates Only

Pay Range: $73.94

What's the Job?

Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multiple departments within a business unit.

Facilitate Agile methodology activities, including daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Coordinate and align resources, establish responsibilities, and ensure project scope is maintained.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and expenses, ensuring adherence to project plans.

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing risk and change adoption strategies.

What's Needed?

Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

Experience in release management and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working within a financial services organization is a plus.
