Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking an Administrative Specialist II for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

Supports division leaders in administrative aspects.

Provides secretarial support including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing, and filing documents.

Answers inquiries or refer callers/visitors to appropriate individuals.

Compiles reports from data and existing records.

Gathers information and develops summaries as requested.

Assists with development and implementation of budget and operational plans.

Develops and implements office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records, and systems.

Ensures adequacy of office supplies and equipment.

Schedules/coordinates meetings, appointments. Make travel arrangements.

Assist other staff as requested.

Attends meetings as assigned and reports on actions.

Participates in educational activities and programs.

Maintains strictest confidentiality.

Performs related work as required.

Maintain appointment calendars as needed.

Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement".

What Qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION:

High School Graduate/Equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of secretarial experience required, healthcare experience preferred
