Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality solvent-based coatings, is seeking a Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) - Temp-to-Hire to join their team. As a Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) - Temp-to-Hire, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and packaging of paint products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate (Paint Manufacturing) - Temp-to-Hire

Location: West Bend

Pay Range: $20/hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Current schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Occasional Saturdays depending on production needs.

What's the Job?

Perform batching and blending of paint products according to established formulas.

Assist with filling and packaging products into various containers such as quarts, pails, and drums.

Handle raw materials and finished goods, including chemical handling.

Operate and assist with equipment used for production and packaging.

Move and stage materials, including lifting 40-50 lbs regularly, using drum handling equipment such as lifters and tilters.

What's Needed?

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Ability to safely lift 40-50 lbs regularly.

Comfortable working with chemicals and in an industrial environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
