What you'll do...
Develops and executes omnichannel advertising campaigns across managed and self-service platforms. Translates client marketing goals into actionable media strategies using Walmart Connect's advertising solutions. Monitors campaign pacing, performance, and optimization to ensure delivery against key performance indicators. Applies media math and digital metrics (for example, CPM, ROAS, CTR ) to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness. Leads campaign setup and troubleshooting across ad technology platforms. Serves as a consultative partner to clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Leads client onboarding processes and resolves integration issues with internal systems. Builds joint business plans with clients using forecasting tools and customer insights. Presents campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership. Analyzes campaign data and generate actionable insights for optimization and growth. Utilizes internal data ecosystems and reporting tools to support sales planning and media strategy. Forecasts revenue and identifies trends using historical data and market indicators. Recommends improvements to campaign structures and targeting strategies based on analytics. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success. Maintains and builds relationships with external agencies and strategic partners. Contributes to creative brief development and ensures alignment with brand messaging. Supports internal process improvements and champions digital innovation initiatives. Mentors and coaches team members to enhance performance and engagement. Conducts performance evaluations and support career development conversations. Ensures compliance with company policies and upholds Walmart's values and ethics. Promotes continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
