Position Summary...
The Senior Product Marketing Manager, PMM Communication is a senior individual contributor role responsible for leading the communication strategy, cadence, and standards for the PMM organization. This role ensures that product updates, roadmap changes, testing insights, and strategic narratives are communicated clearly, consistently, and in a way that drives alignment across Sales, Product, leadership, and the broader PMM team.

This role sits at the center of product storytelling and internal communication discipline. It translates complex product and roadmap information into clear, actionable messaging that helps teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and what actions to take next.
What you will own
Own the PMM communication strategy, operating rhythm, and editorial standards across the organization.
Lead product and roadmap communication for internal audiences, including Sales, Product, and leadership.
Shape clear and consistent communication for testing, experiments, and launch or change updates.
Build a coherent PMM narrative and messaging system across solution areas.
Create communication frameworks that improve clarity, consistency, and speed across teams.
Drive executive-ready communication materials and summaries for leadership audiences.
Establish repeatable standards for how PMM information is packaged, reviewed, and distributed.
Improve alignment across PMMs so core messages are consistent across channels, teams, and stakeholders.
Core responsibilities
Develop and manage the communication calendar for PMM updates, roadmap milestones, and testing readouts.
Synthesize complex product, roadmap, and experiment information into concise, decision-useful messages.
Write and edit high-quality internal communications for leadership, Product, Sales, and PMM partners.
Partner closely with PMMs and Product leaders to ensure message clarity and narrative alignment.
Create templates, standards, and workflows that make communication scalable across the PMM organization.
Translate technical or product-heavy updates into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
Support leadership communications with clear synthesis, framing, and next-step recommendations.
Improve the quality and consistency of internal PMM communications over time through process discipline and feedback loops.

Leadership and cross-functional partners rely on PMM communications as a trusted source of truth.
PMM messaging is aligned across solutions and does not drift by audience or channel.

Minimum qualifications
7+ years of experience in product marketing, communications, internal communications, or a related strategic content role.
Strong writing, editing, and synthesis skills.
Experience turning complex product or technical information into clear business communication.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and leadership teams.
Strong judgment on audience, tone, sequencing, and message hierarchy.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in ad tech, retail media, SaaS, platform products, or other complex product environments.
Experience building communication frameworks, cadences, or editorial standards.
Strong executive communication skills, including summarizing complex decisions for senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with launch communications, roadmap communications, testing updates, or internal enablement messaging.
Experience operating at a senior IC level with a high degree of independence.
