What You'll Be Doing
This is a fast-paced, high-volume processing role where accuracy and attention to detail are key. You will review and finalize loan documentation submitted by dealerships, ensuring each file meets compliance and funding requirements before disbursement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a structured, detail-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Processing and Quality Control
Review and perform quality checks on auto loan contracts submitted by dealerships
Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and procedures
Cross-check loan data across multiple systems to ensure consistency
Identify discrepancies and flag out-of-compliance information
Manage 10-20 loan files at a time in a deadline-driven environment
Dealer and Credit Union Coordination
Follow up with dealerships to obtain missing documentation or required stipulations
Communicate with credit unions and dealers to clarify loan details as needed
Submit completed loan packages for funding or process funding on behalf of credit unions
Data Entry and Documentation
Accurately input and track loan details within internal systems
Maintain organized and audit-ready records for each file
Use Excel and internal tools to manage workflow pipelines and status updates
What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume data entry or processing role
Minimum 1 year of office experience (administrative, banking, dealership, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working across spreadsheets and tracking data
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
Preferred Experience
Background in auto loan processing or indirect lending
Experience in banking, financial services, or consumer loan environments
Customer service experience within financial institutions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
