Summary You will serve as an Industrial Operations Manager in the Project Office, Conversion and Repair of SUPSHIP GULF COAST. Responsibilities You will plan, organize, and direct efforts of a team of government and contractor personnel. You will direct resolution of technical, contractual, and material issues under the cognizance project office. You will act as a liaison between ships force and the contractors, ensuring planning, coordination and funding are established. You will develop, maintain and monitor integrated reporting systems. You will communicate contract and technical issues for evaluation of operations and milestones. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing and directing the development, implementation, and analysis of comprehensive management systems; overseeing design, construction, outfitting, testing, and logistic support efforts for complex maritime vessels or highly technical military construction processes; or reviewing ship specifications, contract plans, modifications requests, and Engineering Reports to track progress and performance for contracts.
