Operations Manager, Supply & Services

The Operations Manager is responsible for all supply operations under this effort and must have at least five years of supervisory experience combined with a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Directing and managing all areas of supply and services within the EAGLE contract.

Oversight on accountability of all assigned property (GFE, CAP, etc.).

Complete and comprehensive knowledge of property book, supply, and equipment management processes and related regulations.

Exercise analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis and recommend process enhancements/improvements.

Utilize comprehensive communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, plans, and work instructions.

Extensive operational knowledge, skills and abilities to manage and utilize automated supply system STAMIS.

Qualifications

5 years of supervisory experience in supply management or warehouse operations, including oversight of personnel, workflow, and mission execution.

Comprehensive knowledge of governing supply regulations, policies, and procedures, including Army supply, storage, subsistence, and equipment management requirements.

Proficiency in standard office software, including spreadsheets, communication tools and enterprise systems that support daily operational workflows.

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, brief stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.

Able to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Desired Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive experience in project or financial management within operational or supply-chain environments.

Military experience in logistics, supply, or readiness roles is highly desirable.

Project management experience preferred, including timeline and resource coordination.

Experience with federal or DoD supply, property accountability, or contracting environments.

Experience supporting PAAT mission requirements or other Army audit-readiness programs.

Experience conducting causative research, inventory discrepancy resolution, identifying process improvements, and performance analysis.

High School Degree or GED.

Valid driver's license.

Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement preferred.

Pay & Benefits:

$80,000 / Annually.
