As our Sr. Administrative Assistant, you'll become a trusted partner to Senior Directors and their teams; delivering top-notch administrative support while gaining insider access to transformative strategy and analytics initiatives.

What You'll Do:
Be the right hand for two to three Senior Directors-manage demanding calendars, streamline meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring everything runs like clockwork!
Tackle expense reports, online purchase orders, document preparation, and file management with confidence and accuracy.
Orchestrate both routine and large-scale cross-functional meetings onsite or offsite, bringing people together and fueling collaboration.
Organize unforgettable team building events and milestone celebrations, making work feel rewarding and fun.
Handle highly sensitive, confidential correspondence and documents-your discretion and judgement set you apart!
Build connections at every level, communicating proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay two steps ahead: Anticipate needs, resolve problems, organize priorities, and keep the team on track with reminders and support around deadlines and events.
Champion company policies and procedures, providing valuable guidance to colleagues.
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, and familiarity with online purchase order and travel arrangement systems.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)-you connect easily with partners at all levels.
Independent worker and trusted guardian of highly sensitive information.
Proven collaborator with a knack for team spirit and supportive engagement.
