Job Description:
The Global Payments team is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented professional to accelerate growth across the firm's global payments business.
Payments represents a key strategic and high growth priority for the firm, with significant opportunities across FX, real time payments, cross-border payments, local payments and the next generation of payment solutions in the US and internationally.
The Payments Market Growth Product Manager role will serve as a critical bridge between the payments product executives and sales teams to lead growth-related initiatives, conduct training, build pipeline, and manage internal and external communications related to payments growth.
This is a highly visible role with strong connectivity at the executive level and across global teams.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive commercialization growth agenda across the payments product suite globally.
Architect integrated cross-sell plays, creating bundled, high-value solutions to clients.
Design and implement repeatable commercialization frameworks that support product launches and growth initiatives.
Own competitive intelligence and market positioning, translating global payment dynamics into a differentiated BofA strategy.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments and evolving client needs to develop strategic recommendations across the portfolio.
Build and manage prioritized target lists by segment, geography and product in partnership with sales and go-to-market partners.
Develop strategic value propositions and positioning frameworks tailored to target client segments and use cases.
Build and maintain world-class pitch materials, thought leadership content and sales training programs.
Establish and manage growth metrics, pipeline reporting and commercialization KPIs.
Partner with stakeholders across 37 countries to align commercialization efforts and share best practices.
Required Skills:
At least 3-5 years of experience in payments, treasury management, transaction banking, fintech or related financial services
Strong knowledge and understanding of commercial payments (ACH, Wires, RTP, XB Payments, FX, etc.)
Demonstrated experience developing and executing product commercialization or growth strategies
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into client value
Experience using data to drive strategic decisions and measure growth outcomes
Exceptional communicator both verbally and written, including executive presentation and storytelling skills
Laser execution focus, with strength in tracking, follow up and managing multiple initiatives at once
Excellent research skills and ability to effectively summarize key outputs
Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship management skills
-Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish structure and maintain momentum across several workstreams at once
-Drive to be a change agent
-Minimum of Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
