Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd shift- Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a 2nd shift- Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd shift- Senior Maintenance Technician

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $31-$40/hr based on experience

Shift: M-F 2:45pm-11pm

What's the Job?

Perform diagnostics, planning, and execution of complex installations, repairs, modifications, and maintenance on equipment, building facilities, vehicles, and related hardware.

Utilize electrical/controls proficiencies and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

Fabricate, repair, install, and maintain equipment using a broad range of hand tools, instruments, and machining techniques.

Diagnose and repair gas-fired ovens, burners, and associated regulation and control devices.

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards through equipment validations, safety audits, and adherence to policies.

What's Needed?

Experience with complex hydraulics and PLC troubleshooting using computer interfaces.

Ability to work from maintenance work orders, schematics, manuals, and drawings in accordance with codes and standards.

Proficiency in fabricating and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, fittings, pumps, motors, valves, and piping.

Strong understanding of safety practices, rigging, and equipment handling procedures.

Ability to perform all duties within the limitations of standard methods, adhering to HSE, quality, and productivity requirements.
