DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is looking for a dependable and motivated Sales Porter to join our growing team. If you enjoy working around vehicles, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your automotive career.

Compensation & Work Schedule

Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Full-time schedule

5-day work week with 2 days off

Ability to safely operate motor vehicles

Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry

What You'll Do

Move, park, and organize vehicles throughout the dealership lot

Assist with preparing vehicles for customer delivery

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of dealership inventory

Support the sales team with vehicle retrieval and lot organization

Perform general lot maintenance and dealership support duties as assigned

The California pay range for this position is $16.90- $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
