The Associate Manufacturing Process Technician routinely performs moderately complex to complex manufacturing processes in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role supports day-to-day production activities by handling materials, preparing components, and maintaining equipment cleanliness in a regulated, clean, and climate-controlled environment. It offers a strong development path within a growing organization and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a highly regulated manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
Routinely perform moderately complex to complex manufacturing processes in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Move totes and other production materials safely and efficiently to support continuous manufacturing operations.
Support operations by loading materials into production equipment according to defined procedures and schedules.
Clean and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation, reliability, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Prepare and stage components and materials required for production runs, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines while working in a heavily regulated facility.
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and report issues or deviations.
Use basic computer systems to follow instructions, document work, and support production tracking as needed.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments; other experience in a fast-paced setting may be considered.
Demonstrated good job tenure, showing reliability and consistency in previous roles.
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to regulated processes.
Good communication skills to work effectively within a production team.
Basic computer skills to support documentation and production-related tasks.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving totes and loading materials into equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a heavily regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Interest in gaining or expanding Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience.
Motivation to grow into higher-level roles with increased responsibilities.
Comfort working in a clean, climate-controlled production setting.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.
Work Environment
This role is based in a heavily regulated manufacturing facility that operates under strict Standard Operating Procedures and compliance requirements. The environment is clean and climate controlled, providing a comfortable and controlled workspace. The work schedule follows a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Associates work with production equipment, totes, and prepared components while adhering to safety and quality standards. The facility offers significant opportunities for growth, including advancement to higher-level technician roles as experience and performance increase.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
