About the Role

Join a leading rigging and crating organization working on large-scale industrial projects. As a Construction Laborer, you'll be part of a hands-on crew responsible for moving, aligning, and anchoring heavy machinery. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced environment, offering exposure to high-profile projects and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Rigging setup with lines, pulleys, hoists, and gear to move heavy equipment.

Machinery alignment and anchoring to precise specifications.

Safely attach loads and signal operators during lifts.

Prepare and maintain work sites, scaffolding, and support forms.

Operate construction tools including jackhammers, laser levels, and skid steers.

Follow strict safety protocols and use PPE at all times.

Collaborate with supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills

2+ years of construction experience, preferably commercial or concrete work.

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in millwright work or machinery installation.

Forklift or material-handling equipment operation.

Exposure to rigging practices and crating processes.

Previous work on large industrial or infrastructure projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
