Salary Range: $18.31 - $24.77 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role

Deliver exceptional customer service maintaining professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail while striving to achieve First Call Resolution whenever possible.

Accurately and efficiently document all customer interactions, including calls, chat, and case activity

Conduct thorough research and due diligence to resolve inquiries, recognizing that this is a service center focused on issue resolution rather than a traditional call center environment

Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive customer focused work environment

Demonstrate strong multitasking skills while navigating multiple systems, applications, and communication channels simultaneously

Adapt to changing processes and procedures while maintaining productivity and service quality

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

1-2 years of customer service experience

Accounts Payable/Purchasing experience

Healthcare industry experience
