About the Role

As a Retail Sales Specialist , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences for employees and visitors. You'll combine your customer service expertise, product knowledge, and attention to detail to support daily store operations and help drive sales success-while proudly representing a leader in the aviation industry.

Location: Mukilteo, WA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.15/hour

Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is required

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor has a welcoming and engaging shopping experience

Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using POS systems with accuracy and efficiency

Manage daily cash control procedures and maintain transaction records

Receive, process, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise shipments

Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain organized stockrooms

Support merchandising efforts, including floor sets and maintaining visual standards

Facilitate special customer orders and coordinate merchandise transfers between stores

Prepare for and assist with annual inventory counts

Communicate with customers and stakeholders via email and other channels

Identify and report safety, maintenance, or housekeeping concerns

Open and close the store according to established procedures

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

At least 1+ year of retail, customer service, or related experience

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in basic business tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

A professional attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and reliability in attendance

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience

Experience with inventory management, merchandising, or POS systems

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Self-starter with a proactive approach and willingness to learn

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.15 per hour
