Perform regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and drive improvements in inventory accuracy and related KPIs.
Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical usage, demand signals, and maintenance planning inputs.
Analyze stock levels, consumption trends, and supplier lead times to inform replenishment strategies and safety stock settings.
Utilize ERP systems, such as SAP, to manage materials data, execute transactions, and generate reports that support decision-making.
Prepare and analyze data using advanced Excel and reporting tools to monitor inventory performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with procurement, operations, and engineering teams to align supply chain strategies with maintenance and business requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, process optimization, and improved service levels.
Contribute to the management of serialized inventory, rotable parts, and repair loops where applicable.
Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls within a high-value, regulated inventory environment.
Essential Skills
Previous aerospace industry or aerospace MRO experience in a supply chain, logistics, or inventory-focused role.
Proven experience in inventory control and stock management within high-value or regulated environments, including safety stock and replenishment strategies.
Demonstrated ability in forecasting and demand planning using historical usage, demand signals, and maintenance cycles to create accurate forecasts.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with SAP strongly preferred, including performing transactions, running reports, and managing materials data.
Strong experience executing cycle counts, conducting inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies, and improving inventory accuracy KPIs.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modeling for supply chain and inventory analysis.
Experience with data analysis and reporting, with exposure to SQL or business intelligence (BI) tools preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory environments such as FAA and EASA, particularly as they relate to inventory and maintenance operations.
Experience supporting rotable parts, serialized inventory, or repairable assets in an MRO or similar setting.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and interpret complex datasets in a fast-paced operational environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of FAA and EASA regulatory requirements and their impact on supply chain and inventory processes.
Experience working with serialized inventory, rotable parts, or repair loops in an aerospace or regulated environment.

Background in supply chain, logistics, vendor management, or related disciplines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, engineering, and maintenance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a focus on process optimization and cost reduction.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Motivation to build a long-term career within aerospace supply chain and operations, with an interest in complex, high-value environments.
