Why Work Here?
The facility offers a highly stable and supportive environment, with many employees choosing to stay for 10-15 years and very low turnover over the past decade. The organization emphasizes safety and has achieved multiple years with no recordable injuries, reflecting a strong commitment to employee well-being. Team members receive paid breaks, adding extra value to their overall compensation. The culture is team-oriented and focused on setting people up for success, with an emphasis on effort, flexibility, and constructive feedback rather than perfection. Leadership provides direct and clear guidance while remaining understanding when occasional mistakes or attendance issues arise, as long as there is no ongoing pattern.
Work Environment
The facility is modern, very clean, and strongly driven by 5S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain), ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace. It is well lit, climate controlled, and laid out with spacious aisles and clearly defined departments, including new production, wind service (disassembly), industrial (repairs and new builds), and logistics (shipping and receiving). Operations are lean and strategically arranged to support smooth material flow and productivity. All team members receive a company shirt and are encouraged to wear jeans or pants that they do not mind getting dirty, even though the environment is generally clean. Safety standards are exceptionally high, with a long record of working without lost time injuries or recordable incidents. Safety glasses and steel toe shoes are mandatory at all times and are non-negotiable. Work is performed on first shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) or second shift (2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.), and employees receive two paid 20-minute breaks per shift. The environment may have occasional smells of paint and oil due to the nature of the work, but remains orderly, safe, and highly structured.
