Administrative Assistant - Warehouse

Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support for our new Distribution Center. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.

JOB DUTIES:

Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and greet clients/visitors

Assist in office supplies management and vendor relationships for materials

Help prepare, organize, and make arrangements for team and departmental meetings

Oversee (receive and distribute) Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS deliveries

Sort and help distribute mail

Create new employee badges

Provide back up support to the Executive Assistants

Other general office clerical and administrative duties as needed

YOU MUST HAVE:

2 + Years Administrative/Receptionist experience

Customer Service Experience

Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications

Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

Capable of juggling multiple tasks, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

Ability to work Monday - Friday
