Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Acquisition Program Management Group of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND. Responsibilities You will serve as a senior analyst responsible for analyzing management information requirements. You will develop management evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology. You will review administrative audit and investigative reports to determine appropriate changes or corrective actions. You will advise on the distribution of work, and on potential benefits of automation to improve efficiency of operations Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Demonstrating experience analyzing and improving management information systems, administrative controls, and operational efficiency within large, complex organizations. 2.) Having proven ability to lead high-level meetings, advise on resource allocation, and recommend automation solutions to enhance productivity. 3.) Assessing organizational needs, identify required resources, and implement process improvements to optimize management operations.
