Perform site preparation and material handling in support of field operations.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Follow project plans and supervisor direction to meet operational goals.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain awareness of surroundings to operate safely in active job sites with ground crews and trucks.

Experience working around hauling trucks and coordinated loading operations.
CDL license is a plus.
What to Expect
This is a fast-paced, field-based role supporting disaster recovery operations across various locations. Work takes place outdoors in active job sites that may involve debris, heavy equipment, and changing environmental conditions. Schedules may include extended hours, weekends, and travel depending on project needs.
You will work as part of a collaborative team focused on restoring communities quickly and safely following natural disasters. The role requires adaptability, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to safety and teamwork in high-volume, time-sensitive operations.
