Job Description:
As an Account Representative, you will communicate with customers to schedule in-home product demonstrations and support direct-to-consumer sales. You will source, qualify, and follow up on leads using scripts, internal systems, and product knowledge. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset, with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
Coordinate with multiple departments to schedule product demonstrations and installation appointments nationwide
Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
Participate in regular training and development sessions
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to convert them into scheduled appointments
Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up
Manage prospects at every stage of the appointment-setting cycle
Apply a strong sales mentality to confidently overcome objections
Candidates must be available for all listed hours.
Weekly Structure:
Work Monday-Friday with one weekday off
Must work either Saturday or Sunday
Shift Options:
Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM or 12:00 PM-9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
