Job Title: Entry Level Welder

Job Description

You will be working in a climate-controlled fabrication shop to complete a variety of metal fabrication on a variety of materials including stainless steel and mild steel depending on the projects. Job duties may include: working from blueprints, MIG and TIG welding parts for customers, grinding welds, and operating saws to cut parts. This is great opportunity for someone to start a career in an established fabrication shop and eventually become a certified welder with the company.

Hours: 1st shift schedule (5X8's and 4X10's schedule available)

Wage: $20.00 to $25.00+/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

Work from blueprints and written instructions to complete work accurately

Use saws as well as a variety of hand and power tools

Drill, tap, and countersink holes into metal materials

MIG and TIG weld various materials

Requirements:

Previous welding experience or welding degree required

Must be comfortable using power tools

This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
