Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Lavonia, GA

Pay Range: $20.20

Shift: Third

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to operational standards and supervisor instructions.

Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.

Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality meets standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

Ability to operate machinery and material handling equipment.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
