Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant: I (Junior) to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant: I (Junior), you will be part of the administrative support team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8

What's the Job?

Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including word processing and filing.

Answer phones, receive and direct visitors, and manage scheduling tasks.

Assist with financial record keeping and coordinate meetings and conferences.

Obtain supplies and sort/distribute mail efficiently.

Work on special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

What's Needed?

Familiarity with MS Office applications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
