About the role

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing daily

accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting the organization\'s financial reporting and compliance requirements.

What you\'ll do

Oversee general ledger activity, including journal entries,

reconciliations, and month-end close.

Monitor daily cash activity

Review payroll and related benefit entries

Supervise and develop accounting staff

Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies

Support external audits

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory

responsibility

Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial

reporting

Problem-solving, attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational

skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

Primarily office based with standard business hours; occasional

evenings or weekends may be required near fiscal deadlines
