Job Description

The Senior Brand Managements consultant will support a CPG client, and leads fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns with a strong digital and e-commerce focus, translating strategy into clear, actionable plans while staying deeply grounded in data, insights, and measurable results. This role requires someone who can balance big-picture brand building with hands-on execution, partnering daily with cross-functional teams to drive complex initiatives forward. The leader in this seat will oversee major projects including packaging transitions and manufacturing moves, influencer and festival partnerships, TikTok Shop and other digital commerce initiatives, and long-range planning for future brand activations. They will guide ABMs through innovation and line-extension launches, ensuring Packaging, R&D, and Operations stay aligned and on time. Success requires fluency in reporting tools such as Circana, Numerator, Walmart platforms, and PowerBI; comfort operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment; and the ability to mentor junior team members while owning end-to-end brand performance. This role is ideal for someone who has previously led digital-first brand marketing and is ready to jump in immediately.
