Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Wayne, PA

Pay Range: $22/hr

What's the Job?

Support recovery operations by managing data processing and invoice generation activities.

Extract, validate, and reconcile store or chain-level claim data to ensure accuracy.

Create pivot summaries and reconcile totals against source systems.

Prepare and distribute invoices with supporting documentation to clients and external contacts.

Manage outreach and follow-ups with external contacts, respond to inquiries, and maintain detailed records.

What's Needed?

Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.

Experience in administrative coordination or related roles is preferred.
