Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer, AI-Native for a top FinTech / intelligent automation client. This candidate will help build AI-driven systems that automate end-to-end business processes rather than traditional product features. They will design agent-based workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and create scalable automation solutions that replace manual decisioning and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is a strong engineer who thinks in systems, workflows, and orchestration, with the ability to work across modern software stacks while contributing to next-generation AI initiatives.

Day-to-Day:

Build and deploy AI/LLM-driven solutions that generate code and automate workflows

Design and connect multi-agent systems to streamline business processes

Create automation tools for internal operations, support functions, and document-heavy workflows

Integrate enterprise platforms, databases, and document processing pipelines with AI solutions

Design workflow logic including agent-to-agent handoffs, escalations, and decision trees

Partner with engineering stakeholders to eliminate manual business processes through scalable systems

Iterate on prompts, workflows, and system behaviors to improve reliability and business impact

Skills and Requirements

Strong software engineering foundation with full-stack development experience

Experience building systems/workflows, not just isolated features

Background in Python or strong experience in .NET, Java, or Ruby

Exposure to AI/LLM systems, workflow automation, or agentic architectures

Ability to design and build end-to-end automation solutions

Experience integrating with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems

Strong system design mindset with a focus on workflow orchestration and scalability

Ability to speak intelligently about prompt design, agent behavior, and automation use cases Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LangSmith

Hands-on work with LLMs and vision models

Experience building internal automation tools, AI mailboxes, or support workflow tools

Background in enterprise/back-office automation environments

Experience replacing manual business processes with AI-driven systems

Prior work in decision automation, intelligent automation, or process orchestratio
