The (USA) Manager, Record to Report, leads the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. The team manages financial and production data to support informed business decisions and enhance financial performance. They oversee month-end close activities, reconcile complex accounts, and prepare accurate financial statements. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team ensures compliance with reporting standards and implements risk management strategies. They drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes and leveraging data management solutions. Focused on operational excellence, the team fosters strong partnerships across functions to maintain seamless workflows and uphold governance controls, contributing to the company's financial integrity and strategic objectives.

What you'll do:

Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.

Reconcile complex accounts involving data from multiple systems to maintain data integrity.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including cash flow, balance sheet, and profit and loss reports.

Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate financial results and address inquiries effectively.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and control.

Manage risk by monitoring internal controls and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Lead and develop team members to support business objectives and maintain high performance.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in financial statement analysis, including cash flow, balance sheet, and profit and loss correlations.

Strong knowledge of month-end closing processes and reconciliation of complex accounts.

Experience with GAAP standards, accounting controls, and advanced financial accounting topics such as leases and deferred taxes.

Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and engagement.

Skilled in risk management, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Proficient in data management, process improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.

Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
