Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Associate Experience leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance associate engagement and operational effectiveness. This role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align resources, drive performance, and ensure sustainable outcomes. By overseeing change management, communication strategies, and performance metrics, the position fosters a high-performing, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. The Senior Manager also mentors and develops associates, promotes adherence to company values and policies, and delivers actionable insights to support business priorities and elevate the overall associate experience.

What you'll do:
Lead the execution of associate experience initiatives by partnering with senior leadership to define strategies and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify associate and operational needs, aligning resources and driving timelines.
Develop and implement change management and communication strategies to support initiative adoption and sustainability.
Monitor performance metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust plans to enhance associate engagement and operational outcomes.
Promote compliance with policies and ethical standards while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
What you'll bring:
Expertise in change management strategies, including communication and implementation across cross-functional teams.
Strong people program development skills to design and execute associate experience initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Ability to analyze operational needs and translate them into actionable business plans and performance metrics.
Experience collaborating with various stakeholders to drive sustainable associate engagement and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and adjust strategies as needed.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
