Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role involves performing light warehouse duties in a clean, temperature-controlled facility, focusing on order picking, packing, and material handling. You will work the afternoon shift from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., using manual pallet jacks, headsets, and conveyor systems to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Perform general light warehouse duties to support daily operations.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Pull orders using a manual pallet jack in a safe and controlled manner.
Use headset systems to receive and follow voice instructions for picking and packing throughout the warehouse.
Place picked and pulled orders onto conveyors so products can be prepared for shipment.
Retrieve parts from aisles and place them onto conveyors for processing and shipping.
Conduct minimal inspection of products to ensure basic quality and accuracy.
Lift and move items weighing between 10 and 20 pounds as part of regular duties.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
Follow all safety guidelines and participate in ongoing safety training.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
Previous experience with order picking and general warehouse operations.
Ability to lift and carry 10-20 pounds on a regular basis.
Experience working in a warehouse inventory or production environment.
Ability to use manual pallet jacks safely and effectively.
Comfort using headsets or voice-directed systems to follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and basic inspection.
Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with warehouse production processes and workflows.
Familiarity with conveyor-based order fulfillment systems.
Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment.
Willingness to participate in ongoing safety and operational training.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
