As an Administrative Assistant with EPI, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support services across various functions of the agency. This position involves dynamic responsibilities that adapt to the evolving needs of the department and organizaiton.

Deliver exceptional customer service, acknowledging the importance of being the first impression for the agency.

Answer incoming phone calls, including routing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed

Deliver accurate and efficient secretarial and clerical services, organizations contracting services from the agency.

Assist with opening and closing procedures of the office, ensuring that the building's doors are unlocked and locked appropriately during office hours.

Assist with mail distribution, including routing inter-office mail and posting/transportation of mail to the post office.

May assist with committee and board meetings including scheduling, coordinating, taking minutes and creating and delivering accurate reports.

Perform a variety of administrative support services and other duties as assigned.

A person who can work and communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with a diverse group of people, building strong and collaborative relationships.

Someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a desire to provide responsive support and assistance demonstrating values of people, creative cooperation, stewardship and integrity.

Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to adapt to new applications and technology quickly.

Effective time management and follow-up skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work duties; nimble to team needs and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Dependability and ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.

Keen eye for detail, meticulously reviewing documents and processes to ensure accuracy and quality in every task.

Sense of humor and desire to positively contribute to team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of related post-high school education or experience

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, good driving record, and current vehicle insurance coverage, which meet the specified requirements of EPI's Driving Policy.

Ability to pass extensive background checks including but not limited to criminal, abuse and Medicaid exclusion.

Details:

This a is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. This role requires on-site attendance and may work across various offices within the immediate area.
