About theRole

As a SeniorProject Manager - Lead at Turner & Townsend, you will play a pivotal rolein delivering complex, critical environment projects for a key tech client. Youwill be responsible for the successful execution of projects from initiationthrough completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

This is a demanding yet rewarding opportunity where you will oversee and managethe design coordination, procurement, installation, and commissioning ofmechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems supportingmission-critical, lab, and clean-room environments, serving as the Owner'sRepresentative across design, construction, and turnover phases.

While the primary focus is on industrial equipment and specializedenvironments, experience with hospital projects is a valued plus.

This job is part of the Project Management function, responsible for managingprojects from initiation through completion.

This is a fully on-site position based in Santa Rosa, CA.

WhatYou'll Do

· Overseeall phases of projects including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking,and execution.

· Ensurecontract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout areaccurate, timely, and compliant.

· Monitorbilling, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring, project staffing,and financial performance.

· Workcross-functionally with other disciplines to achieve strategic businessobjectives.

· Identifyproject risks, lead reviews, and develop mitigation plans.

· Leadby example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity,Service, Excellence) values.

· LeadMEP design coordination and integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing,BMS, and process utility systems.

· PerformQA/QC reviews of MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.

· CoordinateRFIs, substitutions, and technical deviations with design teams andcontractors.

· Managecommissioning activities including testing, punch walks, and turnoverdocumentation.

· Conductfield walks to verify installation compliance with drawings and specifications.

· Serveas primary liaison between client, design team, contractors, and facilitiesstakeholders.

WhatYou'll Need

· Bachelor'sDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or ConstructionManagement preferred; equivalent experience considered.

· Experiencewith mission-critical facilities, labs, and/or clean-room MEP infrastructurerequired.

· PMP,LEED AP, and/or CCM certification preferred.

· Abilityto lead complex communications and problem-solving across stakeholders.

· Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and project/scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6).

· Experiencewith Bluebeam and CMMS platforms preferred.

· Demonstratedexperience managing MEP scopes across full project lifecycles includinglong-lead equipment procurement.

· Strongorganizational and communication skills.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $175,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
