What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll help create an exceptional service experience by:

Greeting and assisting customers

Communicating repair/maintenance recommendations and estimates

Coordinating with technicians and parts suppliers

Scheduling appointments and managing workflow

Following up with customers throughout the repair process

Helping grow customer-pay business while supporting internal reconditioning operations

Requirements

Valid Driver's License

Strong Communication Skills

Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment

Automotive or Customer Service Experience Preferred but Not Required
