Our client is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the IT department supporting enterprise-wide software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: Madison , WI

What's the Job?

Perform complex IT analysis and programming tasks related to software development in a mainframe DB2 environment.

Design, analyze, and implement solutions using Ca-Gen development tools.

Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain large-scale software applications.

Ensure software solutions meet enterprise standards and requirements.

Participate in team interviews and contribute to project planning and execution.

What's Needed?

10+ years of experience with Ca-Gen development analysis and design.

Proficiency in mainframe DB2 and client-server environments.

Ability to perform independently on complex IT tasks with a high degree of creativity.

Strong communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Current residency in Wisconsin; no relocation is permitted.
