Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$17.25/hour to start (will increase to $18.25/hr + commission following training)

Shift:
Monday-Friday (10:30am-7:00pm).
MUST be able to train Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm) for the first 5 weeks.

What's a typical day as an Onsite Contact Center Sales Representative? You'll be:
Engaging with customers via phone and online to promote home warranty and energy-related products.
Making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions to drive sales and satisfaction.
Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and staying current on product knowledge.
Collaborating with teammates and sharing best practices to enhance performance.
Contributing to a positive workplace culture that reflects company values.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have at least 3 years of customer service or sales experience, ideally in a contact center environment.
Demonstrate proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Possess strong communication skills across verbal, written, and digital platforms.
Are experienced with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Adapt quickly, learn new information with ease, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
(Preferred) Have experience in home warranty or utility services, knowledge of HVAC systems, or are bilingual in Spanish.
Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
Are comfortable with basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite.
