The Parts & Repair ITR Sales Manager serves as a strategic leader within the Americas Nuclear Sales organization, responsible for driving parts orders, revenue, and margin growth across the assigned coverage area. This role combines deep technical expertise in nuclear power generation with strong commercial acumen to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for all parts-related matters, building trusted relationships with key customers while ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver against the operations plan for orders, sales, and margin targets within the Americas Nuclear parts market
Manage and own the full parts quote lifecycle, including opportunity identification, strategy development, proposal creation, deal negotiation, order closure, and Order-to-Remittance (OTR) delivery
Provide timely, accurate, and complete forecasts of orders and sales for the parts segment by maintaining opportunity pipelines in NEX
Convert flow orders efficiently in the system and release purchase orders to suppliers to accelerate order-to-fulfillment turnaround
Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers for parts sales and delivery within the assigned coverage area
Develop, expand, and manage customer relationships to enhance parts sales and drive positive customer sentiment
Act as the single point of contact for all internal and external parts matters, including Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) cases and NCRs for coverage area.
Drive understanding and adherence to Nuclear Safety Culture standards, including INPO requirements
Partner with parts and repair Subject Matter Experts, vendors, suppliers, order management, supply chain, and sourcing teams to ensure on-time delivery per customer agreements
Collaborate with broader sales and services teams to support customers' parts needs, including parts that enable repairs and field services
Support application engineering in maintaining complete and accurate unit records
Assist Sales, Commercial, and Regional Services teams in identifying opportunities for process and organizational improvement, including LEAN activities for Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) and Order-to-Remittance (OTR) processes
Drive ITO and OTR performance metrics for nuclear parts customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or 5+ years of experience in nuclear or power generation with parts management expertise
Demonstrated knowledge of Steam Turbine and Generator technology
Experience working within the nuclear power industry
Proven track record of achieving operational plan targets in a commercial function
Strong commercial background with a proven sales record or demonstrated aptitude for success in a technical, relationship-driven business
Ability and willingness to travel as required within the assigned coverage area
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to support customer planned and emergent demand
Preferred Qualifications
Strong field engineering background with onsite or service center repair experience
Proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g., COPICS, RPDM, ERP, SAP, PLM, Pmax, sBOM)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence in a matrix environment
Self-directed work style with strong time management and budget accountability
Customer service orientation with an integrative, team-focused approach

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $108,600.00 and $181,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
