?? Key Responsibilities

Assist machine operators by supplying materials to equipment

Maintain a sense of urgency while working safely in a fast-paced environment

Minimize scrap waste and ensure proper sorting, tagging, and disposal

Transport scrap materials when containers are full

Perform light janitorial duties such as:

Sweeping floors

Removing trash

Support overall production flow and maintain workplace cleanliness

?Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of high-speed packaging experience

Ability to accurately read measuring tape and rulers

Basic shop math skills

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently throughout the shift

Experience in packaging, labeling, and production environments

Strong ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
