Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders and company policies.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports.

Support emergency protocols, assist with de-escalation when appropriate, and communicate with supervisors, clients, and/or local responders regarding security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.

Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
